Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into various databases and systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and review data for completeness and correctness.
- Update existing data and ensure all records are current and error-free.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting data as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.

- Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data integrity.
- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
